Hi I’m wanting to know if I can use tissue paper instead of crepe and can i just buy a normal balloon instead of punch balloon

Most of the time I use balloons instead of punch balls to make piñatas. I use punch balls when I’m making a larger piñata or when I need a round shape, since balloons tend to be more oval.
