I made this baby dinasour for a birthday party, but I had a hard time parting with him knowing his destiny! 🙂
Thanks to all your helpful ideas, I was able to figure out why my balloons were collapsing.
I cut paper squares out of streamer, and used the end of a pen to glue each piece on. Then I used some really sharp hair scissors, to trim and shape where needed.
